About the Company Impact Design Group is a small business located outside of Fredericksburg, VA. Being a small business we are able to provide the personal one on one attention that each client deserves, at an affordable rate. At IDG, we believe that the client is always right. We go above and beyond to provide outstanding service. We keep our clients involved in every crucial aspect of the design process so that we can get the input and feedback needed to guarantee 100% client satisfaction. |
Payment Options We ask that payments be made in full before we begin projects under $500.00. Those above this amount, we require a 50% deposit to be made, and the remaining balance due upon the design(s) acceptance. Once we receive the final payment, we will send the final files out via e-mail, or downloadable link. We will also put the files on a CD if requested (logos and web site files). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards by a secure server or payment can be made by phone, or through PayPal.

Computer, and Software We have both Macintosh and Windows Platforms. All Graphics are made using Macintosh OSX with the industry standard software. We use Adobe Photoshop CS3 Suite, and other industry standard software.
